The whole unit is mainly composed of energy-saving screw blower, permanent magnet variable frequency motor, coupling lubrication system, overall frame, sound insulation cover, muffler system, control system and primary instrument. This series of blowers are mainly designed for sewage treatment, cement, power, textile, pneumatic conveying and other industries. This structure and design concept is mainly characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, low noise , gas transmission without oil, good tightness, long continuous operation cycle, convenient installation and maintenance. Compared with the traditional Roots fan, it can save more than 15-25 % on average.
